How to Get Started
Start by contacting
me to fix a mutually convenient time for us to meet and
discuss your requirements. This initial consultation will record
your medical history and assess your current state of health
and level of fitness. Height, weight and blood pressure will
also be recorded. Based on all this information it is then
possible to start designing a program.
