With over ten years experience, my background in Exercise & Health Science (BSc), is your guarantee that I am totally committed to offering the highest level of professionalism in my work with you.

I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, Level 3, Advanced Fitness Instructor Membership No: R0022798, as well as being qualified to work with GP referred clients and special populations such as ante/post natal, older clients and those with medical conditions.

In addition I am a graduate of the British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation. This specialist qualification allows me to offer safe and effective exercise prescription to clients suffering with coronary heart disease.

To maintain scientific and research interests at the cutting edge of sport and exercise advancement, I am also a member of the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences (BASES). This is a professional body largely concerned with the research and promotion of scientific principles to sports and exercise, thus keeping me at the forefront of all new developments in this area. In addition, I am also a member of BASEM, British
Association of Sports & Exercise Medicine.

I have £5m public liability insurance through the Register of Exercise Professionals, Policy No: RTT242175.

Having had back problems most of my adult life resulting in a Lamanectomy, I am particularly well qualified to prescribe safe and effective exercise for those with similar problems and work closely with a local practice of Osteopaths.

I also have many vocational qualifications allowing me to offer diversity to any program including:

  • Boxercise & Kickboxing
  • Core stability / Fitball training
  • Pilates
  • Aerobics
  • Circuit training
  • Power bar.

I am fully insured with the Register of Exercise Professionals.
