I can work with you in your own home or place of work and have a comprehensive range of equipment including Fitballs, stability discs, free weights, bands, steps, medicine balls, etc.

In addition I have access to a small private gym in Gloucestershire, with full cardio suite including treadmills, rowing machines, cross-trainers and bikes, as well as the use of a fitness studio. There is also a heated swimming pool and full timetable of fitness classes. Personal Training Systems is run independently of the gym but clients are able to use the facilities when working with me.

I can work with you in your own home, place of work or my private 1:1 studio.
