"Just before Christmas 2005 I was diagnosed as at risk of diabetes and told by my doctor that I must lose weight and take more exercise. I enquired about a personal trainer and she recommended Ruth King. Three months later I have lost over a stone and feel much healthier and fitter. This is largely thanks to Ruth who has been a tremendous support and encourager and has undertaken a course of graded exercises which I have found very beneficial. "I have worked with Ruth for twenty sessions now and have enjoyed(?) each session. Ruth has managed quickly and safely to improve not only my fitness levels, but also my confidence.
